Menu sihat siap sepantas 5 minit
Bahan:
1) Oat campuran kekakacang & kismis kering (Jenama Doorset)
2) Susu kotak Rendah Lemak. Nak sedap susu sejuk ðŸ˜Š.
Caranya:
Campurkan oat & susu. Sedia di nikmati.



Sesuai di ambil oleh ibu menyusu dan hamil. Untuk ibu menyusu, boleh menambah production pengeluaran susu. Di dalamnya mengandungi Oat (Kalori sihat), Badam, kismis, Biji matahari & pelbagai jenis kacang. 

Di sarankan untuk di amalkan sebelum sesi mengepam. Cubalah.
